At Home Access Solutions, we have a unique philosophy about homes and how they affect our lives:  Homes should support a person's abilities and enable them to live how they want to live.

 

Home Access Solutions was born from the desire to provide people with disabilities and people affected by aging with resources and inspiration to live as independently and safely as possible wherever they choose to call home.



  BevVan Phillips, our founder, is both a licensed Occupational Therapist in Nebraska and Iowa and a licensed REALTOR in Nebraska, with Prudential Ambassador Real Estate. She graduated with honors from the School of Allied Health, Louisiana State University Medical Center. She holds the real estate designations Senior Real Estate Specialist. At Home With Diversity, and Graduate Real Estate Institute. She has also earned the Certified Aging in Place Specialist designation through the National Association of HOme Buyers.

BevVan's desire to become an Occupational Therapist and ultimately create Home Access Solutions was inspired by her parents and each of her brothers. Through their examples of wisdom, ingenuity, courage and perseverance she learned early that there is more than one way to do almost any human activity and that independence at home leads to independence in the community.

 

 

 Pat Anderson's friendly voice is the voice you will hear when you call the main Home Access Solutions phone number, 402-291-9514. Serving as the front line of our customer and client service, Pat brings a long list of credentials and life experiences to the job. Pat is a dedicated Mother and Grandmother. She is also a long time resident of Bellevue, Nebraska.

 

 

  Nancy Tess (Tesnohlidek) - Founder of Forever Homes and residential contractor.  Nancy Tess, brings 26 years in real estate sales and home remodeling to the FOREVER HOMES Team.  As a professional Realtor and owner of her own real estate company, Tess has always been committed to helping clients find the home that most closely meets their specific needs.  Her experience rehabbing houses to make them more suitable for their owners deepened her conviction, but it was  the limitations of both which resulted in her vision of the Comfort Living Concept home.  A home which suits the way you live now and comfortably transitions to tomorrow-whatever changes life brings.  After researching the building trade and working with a mentor, she is ready to oversee the construction process.  During construction, Nancy promises to work hand-in-hand with you through every step of the building process to create your FOREVER HOME.
