BevVan Phillips, our founder, is both a licensed Occupational Therapist in Nebraska and Iowa and a licensed REALTOR in Nebraska, with Prudential Ambassador Real Estate. She graduated with honors from the School of Allied Health, Louisiana State University Medical Center. She holds the real estate designations Senior Real Estate Specialist. At Home With Diversity, and Graduate Real Estate Institute. She has also earned the Certified Aging in Place Specialist designation through the National Association of Home Buyers. 
Pat Anderson's friendly voice is the voice you will hear during our client service and client out-reach calls. Pat brings a long list of credentials and life experiences to the job. She is a dedicated Mother and Grandmother. She is also a long time resident of Bellevue, Nebraska. 
Brady Croft is our service and installation guru. He came to Home Access Solutions with experience in the plumbing and building industry and we honestly believe there is nothing that he can't do if it involves small motors, wood, saws, drills, and climbing ladders! He is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist through the National Association of Home Builders. He is also Braden's Dad. 
Donna McGlynn's Father had parkinson's Disease and Dementia and she realized how difficult it was to care for him and how much easier accessibiltiy products would have made his care. Donna has held many positions of responsibility over her professional career, but now as our office manager, she is able to make sure that other people have access to those products and solutions her own family didn't know about. She is motivated by the feeling like she may have made a difference in someone's life every day at work. 
Shellie Nelson is an experienced Realtor with Prudential Ambassador Real Estate. She is part of the Home Access Team with BevVan. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Shellie was involved with Human Resources. 
Tara Rise has a BA in Interior Design from Iowa State University focusing on home accessibility and universal design. She looked for a position like the one she has an Accessibility Designer at Home Access Solutions for many years, and we and our clients are so glad that she found us! Always eager to learn, Tara enhances her knowledge as an Interior Designer with diligent product research for each client she works with. She is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist through the National Association of Home Builders. Tara is motivated to find creative and beautiful solutions that help people gain independence at home.
Garrett Worner is simply Mr. Sunshine! As an Access Designer with Home Access Solutions, Garrett tackles each evaluation and client positive that he will help them find a solution. He has a background in Real Estate and construction and applies those skills to help people find sensible access solutions that will enhance or have a neutral effect on the value of the home. Garrett is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist through the National Association of Home Builders. He is also Keegan's and Sabine's Daddy. He is motivated by "...The look on the customer;s face of relief, knowing that thier life is now a little easier, a little better."
